Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Account Executives/Account Managers to join our team and drive sales of our innovative nano fertilizers and other crop nutrition, crop care, and soil care products. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in agriculture, an understanding of crop nutrition, and an interest in advancing sustainable farming practices. These roles are field-based within assigned counties or territories and require individuals with strong relationships with local growers and a good handle on the crops grown in the territory, crop-related issues, growers' challenges, and the inputs growers use.

Key Responsibilities
- • Act as a Trusted Advisor & Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with growers, agronomists, and industry stakeholders, providing expert guidance on crop nutrition needs and solutions.
• Drive Sales & Execute Growth Strategies: Identify key customers, assess their needs, and develop tailored growth plans. Promote and sell nano fertilizers and other crop nutrition, crop care, and soil care products while achieving sales targets and business goals.
• Conduct Field Visits & Provide Recommendations: Assess crop health through field visits, gather and analyze soil and plant data, and offer tailored recommendations to optimize yields.
• Educate Growers & Lead Demonstrations: Conduct field demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate growers on the benefits and application methods of nano fertilizers.
• Monitor Market Trends & Competitive Landscape: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and advancements in crop nutrition technologies to refine sales strategies.
• Oversee Territory Operations & Risk Management: Manage sales territory operations, meet sales goals, follow credit policies, and mitigate risks for the company.
• Participate in Industry Events & Networking: Attend industry events to support company marketing efforts, stay updated on industry trends, and build professional networks.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams & Ensure Customer Success: Work closely with internal teams to support product adoption, manage deliveries, forecasting, credit, and complaint handling.
Required Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in agricultural sales with a strong understanding of local crops, farming practices, and grower needs.

Established relationships with growers and key industry contacts within the assigned territory.

Strong willingness to learn and promote new crop nutrition technologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Strong time management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting sales targets.

Comfortable working in outdoor field environments, including extreme weather conditions, and handling physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lbs.

Flexibility to work non-traditional hours based on growers' needs and seasonal demands.

Willingness to travel by vehicle or commercial transportation for field visits, meetings, and industry events.
Preferred Qualification

Certified Crop Advisor (CCA), Pest Control Advisor (PCA), or Agronomist certification.

Experience with emerging crop nutrition technologies, such as nano fertilizers.

Previous experience in business development or strategic sales planning.

Proficiency in Google Workspace applications and other digital tools for sales tracking and reporting.

Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
